When contacting support, please include: - your device model; - Android version; - YieldBoard app version; - the ad network you were trying to connect; - a clear description of the issue; - screenshots if possible.
Common issues
If the app does not show data: - check your internet connection; - verify that your API credentials are correct; - confirm that the selected ad network supports publisher revenue reporting; - compare the date range with the original platform dashboard; - try syncing again.
If ads do not appear: - ads may be limited while AdMob reviews the app; - your region or device may not always receive an ad; - failed ad loads are hidden to avoid empty ad spaces.
Data deletion
YieldBoard does not require a user account. To remove local data, use the app's clear options where available or uninstall the app from your device.
Response time
Support messages are reviewed as soon as possible.
